When we join the British armed forces we all willingly take the Queen’s Shilling. But, as the song says, is a shilling enough for the growing number of men and women who return from Afghanistan with debilitating physical and mental injuries, or for the families of those who do not return at all? This is not an anti-war song; this is a pro our troops song. Please help ensure that a few more shillings are available to give our wounded boys and girls the support they so richly deserve.
