Project 1 - live field recordings manipulated into some kind of cohesive state.

i have sampled an artist called unicornicopia from new york for the first project. (Sound I)

Field recorded sound, baby toys etc.

An album length Ambient piece that sounds almost like wind chimes (from little tiny tinkly ones up to ones the size of Oil Trucks) in a slight breeze while various insects sing in the distance... Almost... but the insects sound like they're made…

Again... based on a painting.

I think it's new age or electronica or something. This is song #2 for the February FAWM/RPM challenges.

Recorded: Feb 6, 2009 Details: Epiphone Les Paul (EADGBE - capo II), Seymour Duncan Pickups, POD XT, Boss RC-20 Looper, EBow, Audacity, Sound Forge.

This was recorded in Nova Scotia in August 2007. It is a shortwave brodcast and is 30 minutes long. The brodcasts were recorded useing a 1950's tube reciever. This is part of a ongoing recording project to document analogue shortwave signals.
