Just a miscellaneous cover. Dana Carvey did a bit on SNL and in his stand-up routines about a songwriter making up a song on the fly. I decided to record it as if it was a real song, just for fun.

finally uploading this version to demonstrate my method of beat creating because this version sounds better at faster tempo.

A guy I work with got his National Guard call up to go to Iraq a week after he got married. I tried to put myself in his place. Here's what I came up with.

INSTRUMENTAL! or just mental, probably one of those 80 to 20 mental over physical kind of things.

A rhythm track that tried to sound like a pair of frogs outside my Bedroom Window last night, paired with washes of noise based on the human voice and a recording of LBJ explaining why he needs new Haggar Slacks.

A funky drum loop, that I then stretched 800% and played back over itself, topped with bits of Weegee saying how great his job is run through multiple echoes & large room reverbs.

Just a little jam inspired by a couple of the riffs in "Chapel of Ghouls" by Morbid Angel. There's a weird sounding mistake at :59.
