An homage to Sarah Palin and clones and their vacuous political nomenclature...

This song is simple in both arrangement and theme. It is about not taking life for granted and not ignoring the misfortunes of others.

This song was originally written about a break up, but after visiting Death Valley, I wanted to pay tribute to the beauty of the desert. I combined both themes and used a basic riff I wrote years ago.

The Final Version me thinks. Charles Ives composition from 1906 arranged for Jazz Ensemble. a reference for Ives
