Song idea #19 is finished song 6 of 50 for the 2023 50/90 Challenge.

It seems like every time I work on one of these projects and start thinking my mixes are too dry so I start adding more delay and reverb on the individual instruments there comes a time where things suddenly feel too wet and I therefore overreact in the opposite direction and things get very dry again. This mix feels like the it’s-too-wet tipping point. We’ll see how the next one comes out.

Guitar tracks are all Les Paul Standard into a Fender Deluxe Reverb. Pedals on the rhythm tracks are a Klon KTR into an Analog Man King of Tone. Leads are a Way Huge Russian Pickle into the Klon into an MXR Carbon Copy Mini.
