Rog Hildreth's listening history
Falsely
You call me
Desperately At least when it's my turn
quickly
You agree
You're killing off the ways that you could be
Someone who's willing
to live Or willing to learn
Falsely
You call me
Desperately At least when it's my turn…

You know I'm not perfect
But I admit when I am wrong
I know how to ask for favors
One too many times from you
But I can be a kinder soul
Far better than a polished fool
So when you find me falling, ask for grace
Don't despair again…

Don't refrain
Have no regrets
You've made your choice
On how it ends
And this is what you want to say
time to explain away to friends
Our time is up
For what we have
For what we do
It’s blind to blind
We’ll have to bear
Our testimony has to withstand…

This is very improvised, it was recorded in one afternoon and took me about 3 goes to get the lyrics/vocals down. It features 3 bass parts and I also brought my wah wah peddle out for it. For a while, this was called "G Minor Funk".
