I wrote this song after witnessing one of the ugliest pieces of religious hypocrisy I’ve ever seen a few hours ago. The verses of this song are fairly literal depictions of an event that actually happened. I was angry enough that I needed to write something. This song has people it is aimed at, and I made it literal enough that there can be no mistake as to the event it is referring to, and I am going to play it live two weeks from now, with the people who did this, and the song is directed at, present. I really don’t care. I hope you all enjoy the song. I think it’s pretty good- but it’s one I’d rather have not have written.
