This is a song about cynicism and propaganda. Bombing Yugoslavia in 1999 has been justified by NATO and the mass media as a "humanitarian effort" to stop repression of the Albanians in Kosovo.

"Night vision is the ability to see in a dark environment." Optically enhanced über-soldiers see through the dark, hunting and killing people for some reasons. Now try to take that definition in a metaphorical sense: "see in a dark environment..."

Technically it's OK; I like the guitar and basslines. The lyrics and vocals I'm not so fond of. I hoped to have enough time to replace this one later in february with a better one but alas, it was not to be...
