Momma Want Tea

Momma want tea, she likes tea, look at her in the kitchen
heating water, ‘cause mama want tea,
So does daddy, he there too, both of ‘em in the kitchen
heating water for their brew
Little baby Coco, she can see,
and what she sees is mama and daddy want tea,
But she a little baby, she don’t wear silk
she don’t wear jewelry and she only drink milk
but little baby Coco, she don’t agree,
that little baby Coco Loco oh no she ain’t getting no tea

Momma likes to sing, she can sing,
hear her in the kitchen heatin’ water while she sing
and then the kettle steam, that’s how the kettle sing,
and when the kettle sing it mean that
Momma doin’ the hot tea thing,
And baby Coco, she wake up,
and hear the Momma pouring water in the tea cup,
But the little bitty baby, she don’t see,
why little baby Coco Loco oh no she ain’t getting no tea

She look to her left, she look to her right,
she know they try to keep their tea out of sight,
but they not gonna trick her, not tonight, cause…

she stretching out her little arms now give it to me,
