Panama City Breeze
By Robbie Robinson
When you feel the need to get away, even if it’s only for a few days
The Gulf of Mexico beckons you to come, for all the right reasons, all the right fun.
Don’t need to go to a foreign land, or on a little island to find some good sand.
I want to go somewhere close to me where I can have a good time by the sea.
And of all the winds blown around all the seas, a place to go, and I think you’ll agree
Is at the beach in the Panama City breeze.
Your imagination and tropical memories, don’t need an invitation to be drawn to the sea.
And of all the winds blown around all the seas, a place to go, and I think you’ll agree
Is at the beach in the Panama City breeze.
Don’t wanna go in a hurricane, because you know that would be insane.
Go, when it’s clear, and the sea is calm, and you can sit beneath a swaying palm.
Another thing would make it better for me, on my next trip down to the beach.
I’ve got an umbrella and a chair or two, but what I’d like to have with me there is you.
And of all the winds blown around all the seas, a place to go, and I know you’ll agree
Is at the beach in the Panama City breeze.
