The events of any given day
Is it luck or its fate

Every single day you see
something in this world
that is wrong or inprincipled
what can you do
apart from sigh
and wonder why

So you sit there watching TV
a famine, children starving
You turn off the Tele have some dinner
You sit smiling as your father stands and carves
You eat the meat and you chew
You forget the famine and start think about you
And what are your going to do
