The sun hits the blue sky
And the clouds wave on by
It’s another day in paradise is here
to touch
To feel
To be at one
Theres another thing on this list that’s not been quite done
The day gets lost in the wilderness of my thoughts
The innocence is lost inside of my daydream
My life is not lonely, but my dreams are always sad
I chase the light to nowhere but my heart feels blessed
Can I be, any happier than now
Is my smile turned to a frown
I question my thoughts all day
I notice the clouds are back again but this time there bringing rain
Who am i to mess with the inside brain
Why can’t I leave it in that happier time

To be at one for real this time
