Reg got to thinking what is it all about? success? but what if your not successful and don’t succeed in your life aspirations is your life a failure. what if all you want to do is love your partner and raise your children that’s success isn’t it? or is it really measured in what you have managed to attain compared to the next man(I doubt it )but we seem to be taught that it is……

What is the justification for those thought running through our minds
The thoughts that gets entangled makes you think we must be blind
Where you don’t know where your going where the light always shines
Theres no road sign
Theres no path that been trod just that feeling in your mind
that your running out of time
Yesterday was so full of dreams
Today is shallow and cold
full of tears that can’t be seen
Months that turn to years and still
we do not know
Where to go
where to start
What it is we’remeant to know
That imagenary line in the sand that defines the men apart
Some can see from the begininning
others never get to start
Some get a second chance to star in that leading role
While others fall in line to the chorus and are never known
What is the justification for the thoughts running through our minds
That want to be someone but always being undermined
Failure the only option in the overloaded mind of the distressed
acceptance of failure on the death bed confessed
A tissue of lies told to self throughout our lifes
Believing it as truth
hiding from ourselves
The catalogue of failures that justifiy self
The forgotten love, of the ever dutiful wife
The children ignored left to grow up by themselves alone in strife
Becoming confused lost inside the families wealth
Being forced to look and find
The success forget about self
Is that the justificaion the want of want
Who are we ?
what are we looking for?
What is this measure of self ?
Is life really measured by success
Is that what its all about ?
