It is Sunday so i’m looking out for some promise ……….

Theres that promise out there in the air again
as the dawn rises gently up from the moor
the scene is set these are a sequence of events
that have led us on
led us on for evermore
dreams we have get lost ,on this long only road
Sometimes we can’t seem to find our way
Some are blind to that future That they wish for and they need

The drunk sits by the fireside dreaming in the flames
Of a past with no future going wrong time and time again
His eyes start to water as he cries out in his pain
Looking back trying to change the path his on but it’s just in vain
