Third Party Ruling follows Ryan, a lawyer turned novelist, and Becca his high-powered, high-strung girlfriend who wants to get things back to the way they were before he changed careers. Running out of options, they engage Third Party Ruling, a company that installs video surveillance through-out your home to rule on arguments and decide who’s right and who’s wrong. But, for Ryan the real complications start when he volunteers at the Hell’s Kitchen Reading Center and meets kind-hearted, kindred spirit, Hope. What will he do?
