I could have made a great Prime Minister

Give me an army, an enemy,
a great war –
and I’ll deliver

Put me in the middle of nowhere
In the wilderness I’ll survive
But in an air-conditioned
furnished condominium
I’m barely alive

I’m not an animal person
but Winston left me his black dog
Together we worked out a system
I feed him –
and we get along.
