“Willie-14” is Art Katz, Nancy Katz and their friend Kevin Joella. Together they’re a multi-faceted musical partnership that extends across a dozen years, several CDs, and a variety of live bands. As a group and individually they’ve played throughout the east coast in venues ranging from coffee shops to auditoriums and outdoor festivals.
