To Grow Old

Oh to be young; to feel with no prejudice.
To grow the way we did, is to be lost- Speechless, fumbling with yourself; regrets of what could and could not be. To fall away from those summers, spent recklessly wasting away our youth, is to grow old and die.
Walk with what you sew. Lend it hand. Let it grow, let it bloom in care.
Dive in, engulf it, or become engulfed by it.
Make some cash, but come back to us.
Make some bad choices, make up your mind.
To grow the way we should is to lose something we found in ourselves; those summers spent wasting away our youth, is to grow old and die.
We all swim together, or we drown alone.
But we all do drown.
