The Sun Is My Only Friend

The sun is my only true friend. He follows me around no matter what situations I happen to get us in. He goes to sleep a little earlier than me, but that’s ok cause he wakes up while I sleep.

And he never storms away from me, ok well maybe he does. But only on rainy days.

The moon is my true only friend. She stays up and makes sure that I dream. She’ll be there till the end of things, and that’s ok cause she’s lighting up my leave.

And she never hides away from me, ok well maybe she does. But only on cloudy nights.

Without you, who will I confide. Without you, who will say goodnight.
Without you, Im fumbling in the dark. I know we’ll always be so far apart.
