Hi, had the privilege to listen to your album, which I very much enjoyed. Have listened to it at least four times. My review is in the Final Review thread (RPM). Cheers, Ferry
from the album "Uniform"
she hides her heart under the pillow
waiting for the good fairy to come
replace this worn and broken thing
with a heart that can feel again
she's never sure which night will be her lucky one
but she anticipates…
Brilliant album overall. Solid song structures, tremendous bass lines and grunge guitar work. Vocals are a little deeper in the mix but to good effect, recalls a bit of early Soundgarden. Big thumbs up.

A moody solo acoustic thing that I came up with playing in a long forgotten tuning. Just got a new Zoom H4N, so this was recorded in my shop sitting at my reedmaking bench may 12 2009
Comments on Six Notes's stuff
I really enjoy the use of voices from film on this track.
Nice dreamy sounds. A good combination of synth and what I think is real guitar.
One thing I'm digging about this album is while each song has its own unique identity, it still feels like it's part of a greater cohesive whole.
I'm liking this one. It's a nice hybrid of electronically-generated music with some real instrumentation thrown in. The whole album I've been digging.
Cool guitar/samples.

Stirring sounds...great spoken word.
Absolutely beautiful... Love the run on from "Desert Night". Just awesome, clever work.
This track is just fantastic...Magical, anthemic and the melodies just soar!
Bittersweet...beautiful phrasing in that guitar.
Great driving feel - loving this (new?) side to Six Notes!

Love this arrangement. Crazy doesn't scratch the surface.

Just my cup of tea. Subtle chord work, gentle layers of sound and music, building up with drum backing. Magic! (Don)
There's a beautiful elegance and sophistication in your guitar playing Kirk, lovely to hear.
