nOT Mad

‘nOT Mad’ is a combo of the names Dan (Mathis /me) and Tom. Tom (Duffy) was the co-conspirator of our first RPM Challenge in 2008. Since then I’ve produced 12 albums for the challenge. The songs are mostly my original productions with recording help from friends. This year I wrote all 10 except Wilbur’s Song which was co written with my Michigan bud Jim Musser. ‘Meet The Neighbors’ is nOT Mad’s RPM album number 12. We recently moved from NH to VA and I’ve used the Challenge to enlist help from a group of very new friends and neighbors to record. The three musicians who helped this year are John Luttrelle, Max McCarthy on keyboards and Craig Romano on bass. The singers are me, Max, Buddy Pride, David Jones, Bonnie Hughes, Jim Hayes, Ray Deloe, and Nancy Madison. Also remotely singing from NH was my good friend Bill Quigley. A big thank you to all. February was a great month of recording and getting to know my new Virginia neighbors.
