CLOSE YOUR EYES SHUT TOO
GIVE YOUR WHOLE MIND TO YOUR BODY AND LIFE AS ONE
ALL AT ONCE
NOW BREATHE COMFORTABLY

PAY ATTENTION TO HOW YOU FEEL
PAINS, ACHES AND ALL YOU FEEL
AND IF YOU’RE AT ALL AT PEACE
WITH ALL THIS IN MIND
ASK YOURSELF WHO BROUGHT YOU THIS BODY AND LIFE
NOW ASK YOURSELF WHO GOT THEM IN THE SHAPE YOU NOW CURRENTLY FIND THEM IN
AND IF THEY ARE HOW YOU WANT THEM LIKE
AND WHAT PUTS THEM RIGHT
