Rathlin Ferry

I wrote this song, Rathlin Ferry, in memory of Tommy Cecil “The Ferryman” of Rathlin Island, who sailed the ferry from Rathlin to Ballycastle for many, many years & carried thousands of passengers safely, to & fro.

Sadly, Tommy Cecil died in a tragic diving accident, back in 1997, after a lifetime of service to the people of Rathlin.
