Agony

The word agony and the basic melody for the first line came first. I sat on it for a while, then one evening tried to figure out the chords for it. The verse chords followed very quickly, effectively falling out of the gtr after I had discovered what the chorus chords were. This song overall was very much a case of the gtr being forced to follow the melody, something I am trying to do more of. The ending gtr parts and key change were very last minute during RPM, but to my ears, really take the song out in a soaring way.
