A song about being self-centered, it needed to be full of angst and antagonism, but also needed the glimmer of something bigger still. Already people have sent me notes, which I am grateful for, but everyone seems to misinterpret the meaning of it. That’s fine, since in a way that inadvertently supports the entire premise of the record. Keep an ear out for the main riff and lyrical theme. It may reappear later. ;) As far as songs go, for some reason I was really happy how the horns added some color here in the mid.
