This all ends, some days are good, some days you are no further than where you first began, or worse. Have faith. The song started life from the verse gtr. It was actually a variation of an idea from 2014. That idea went on to become the song Maybe from RPM 2014’s record, Lonely Diamond. While listening to ideas, I found this alternate idea and thought “That’s an alternate version, and it’s not really that close to Maybe. I wonder if it could become a new song” The chorus was another one of those happy accidents, just kind of happened things.
