I'm going to get all pretentious again and say this one is about the concerning strain of what I might call "religious modernist traditionalism" espoused by technological singularity fanatics (Ray Kurzweil) and authors like Neil Stephenson.

this is the first song i did with logic 8. just getting to know the software. me on distorted guitar and synth guitar at the end. i like to mix jazz rock techno all together to see if i can come up with something unusual or different. kinda hard…

After my wife and I had come through a very difficult patch, I wrote this song, it helped me to focus on the important things and the way forward.
