Hip Hop music found it’s way to GOCHII in 1988 in the crown heights section of Brooklyn, New York.
What sets Gochii apart from just another emcee with a microphone, beat, and a dream is two words. Truthfulness and courage. He create songs about subjects that ordinarily wouldn’t be considered “hip hop type” music.
Ironically this is what makes him entertaining, enjoyable and an easy listen. You know you’re going to get something different, not the same ol’ stuff your forced to listen to like on commercial radio.
