You Will Dance

This was written as a plea to Mother Mary to help me learn how to live as Our Lord desires.

                           YOU WILL DANCE

    Mother won't you show me
Please come and take my hand
I have an invitation but don't know how to dance
The banquet is this evening
I haven't got much time
Oh Mother Mary help me, make everything alright

    My little one, I'm with you	
    Right here by your side
So many gone before you have learned to dance in time
So calm yourself, breathe deeply
And slow your beating heart
With practice, faith and patience, each step is not so hard

Oh and dance, dance to the song of Your Father
Won't you dance, dance to the tune in your heart	
Like the angels above you and the saints before you
You will feel the song of your Father and dance

My little one, remember that Jesus is your guide
He danced with His Father every moment of His life
From His birth in the stable to the day He was crucified
My Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Light

Yes He danced, danced to the song of His Father
How He danced, danced to the Spirit in His heart
The angels adore Him, all the saints implore Him
Send Your Holy Spirit so Your children can dance

My little one, remember that Jesus is not gone
He sent His Holy Spirit to enlighten everyone
So talk to your Father and open up your heart
Give all you are to Jesus, He'll show you how to dance

You will dance, dance to the song of your Father	
You will dance, dance in the swirling sun
Like the angels above you and the saints before you	
You will feel the song of your Father and dance

Come children, come won't you dance
To the song of your Father
All of heaven and earth will rejoice
When we all dance with our Father
When we all dance with our Father
Every faith and every nation
Every family, every person
Come dance with me in the swirling sun
And we'll dance the dance of our Father
Yes we'll all dance with our Father	
    We will dance
