I’ve had this song kicking around for ages. I wrote it for a songwriting competition in 2001 and never managed to get a decent recording of it till now. Due to it’s subject matter I couldn’t just let it go, you’ll see why.

The vocals were done in the first take, there’s a scream at the end that nearly killed me. I pulled myself together enough to deliver the last 2 lines and then had to lie on the floor for a couple of minutes while my head stopped pounding and hands stopped shaking.
