a small piece to while away the time

Buckle up.

A composition for 3 piece jazz band, tenor sax, fretless bass, and drums in 14 equal divisions of the octave and 5/4 time. This was realized using Garritan Jazz and Big Band sample set and Sonar X1.

Got the 12 string out of the shop today where it got a refret and much needed refurb. An improv to test it out. Recorded on the handheld R08.

The B side to Dad's father's day present. This is an instrumental celebration of his 45 years in the printing industry, and an acknowledgement that while other kids got bedtime stories, I got the history of lithography..
