I think the lyrics unconsciously mirror how I feel right now. This was the last song to get lead guitars and it sounds it. This was the last song mixed and it totally sounds it. I’m tired and I wanna go to bed.

The guitars are all Les Paul. Rhythm through a Vox MV50’s direct out. Leads through a Fender Bassbreaker 15 and recorded with a Shure SM57 because sometimes you just have to go with the industry standard.

dead on my feet
can’t go on
have to find a way to be strong

beaten down
have to make it all turn around

The pressures getting to me
it’s overwhelming
how do you make it stop
can’t seem to get on me feet
it’s so depressing
this ride just won’t let me off

how did things build up like this
