Jesse asked me previously what I wanted to record, and I told him “stoner/doom metal is what I’m feeling.” He was playing the main riff when I got to the studio, so we bashed around on it a little bit and recorded the main guitar and drums together.

We were listening to a playback when Tony got to the studio. Within hearing maybe half a verse, he’d already come up with a melody and asked for a pad to put down some words. Just amazing! :)
