Improvisation. (Loosely based on "Atlanta" by Scott Weiland and Dean Deleo) 2.23.13

I felt compelled to have at least one song that did not use any computerized instruments. This is two tracks of voice and three tracks of guitars. Just me.

10 minutes long? Three part harmonies? Very long fade out on a very long fruity guitar noodle? Yup, welcome to another lame attempt at prog rock!

I didn't do a 12-bar this year. I always do at least one, but this year I didn't. This little snoozer will have to suffice. Another one that has frustrated the crap out of me.

...and we finish the 2013 RPM/FAWM bonanza with yet another big, dumb rocker. I'm finished!

i didn't set out to make this a super basic recording, but I only used five tracks (not counting the piano that I left muted during the mix). No doubling, no harmonies, no shifting parts around. Nothing.

Remix of the first completed song from RPM 2013. I just tweaked a few things here and there. Still kind of disappointing. It just feels... lazy.

I really don't have anything to say about this one except it's the ninth song finished for the 2013 RPM/FAWM.
