Lots of interesting tidbits about this song. It was the first song I worked on this year. I wrote the piano/bass/drums while sitting in the car in an Indian restaurant parking lot. It was the first time I set out to write an instrumental (fail), it was the first time I tried to write a melody first, it was the first time I recorded a guitar into GarageBand for iPhone. It was also the song most likely to be dropped from the RPM album, but now that I’ve finished it I think I might have salvaged it… maybe.
