The title phrase, double looped (by an EHX Stereo Memory Man) and effected (by an EHX Voice Box); some words repeated for rhythmic consistency. One loop is very slightly shorter than the other, causing phase alteration which gives rise to not only variety in rhythm, but also creation of new phonemes that results in words not contained within the original phrase (e.g. Americans might hear the last two letters of their alphabet at several points).
