The afterlife was a major theme on this year’s RPM Challenge album.
The lyrics come from the concept that ghosts aren’t aware that they are deceased - they’re kind of caught in this time bubble of sorts.
If ghosts are oblivious that they are dead, how do we really know we’re alive? It’s a double-edged sword, if you think about it.
