I love the freaky start. with the synths coming in a slowly like that. Having a few rounds in there also break up this piece's repetition. This would make really awesome ambience for my Post apocalyptic Tabletop game.

I can kind of tell you were trying to avoid a melodic experience so... maybe add some guitar licks that kind of hits the end notes to finish it all off on later vocalization. Holy crap man... Akira Yamaoka would be proud. This is definitely something to listen to in the dark and ponder about what isn't there, or at least what SHOULDN'T be there. I am jaw gaping at this as I sit here and listening to it.
