Akatsuki

This is one of my earliest recordings, where I was experimenting with the Melo-Death metal sound. I am, and still to this day heavily influenced by Bach and Wagner, so I decided to bring them all in together with a starkly contrasting genre. The end product is Starborn, where instead of shrieking my head off like every metalhead does these days, I tried to pull off a unique vocal delivery style, which I can only describe as ‘harsh whispering’, if that makes any sense. Since I already said I so love to experiment, this song’s structure is very unconventional at best, I hope you find the time to listen through it, and give me ways on how to improve.
