Tried to record some counterpoint things but they all failed and then this stuff came out.
Some parts of this track were based on pattern No. 1319 from Slonimsky’s Thesaurus of Scales and Melodic Patterns, hope you like it.
Playing in and out of key, with a challenging Holdsworth lick in there too.
Recorded after listening to Coltrane’s “Sun Ship” album.
From my album Aurora (created with my friend, stunning musician Geoffrey Armes). Because I think everyone has at least one album in them.

Just jamming on the riffs to Ozzy’s Crazy Train. I tried to play the solo note for note, but also added solos of my own. I hope you like it.
I wanted to record something funky. I hope you like it.
I’m a product of the 80s, what can I say…
Boom, boom, boom, boom
I’m gonna shoot you right down
Right offa your feet
Take you home with me
Put you in my house
JOHN LEE HOOKER - BOOM BOOM
trying to sound like the great Freddie King…
Love this! My head is nodding uncontrollably. So catchy, and brain shredding solo tops it off. Well done!
This was a surprise…jazzy.
Sweet! Some of this reminds me of Uli Jon era Scorpions
Tried to make a track that had a little bit of Mahavishnu Orchestra flavor.
Love it! That first Mahavishnu record is still as scary today as it was 40 years ago
Quite a bit different from the original.
I really like how you took the essence of what Buckethead did with this song and funneled it through your lens!
