Dundas and Yonge! Know it well. Not as good as it used to be when Sam's Record Store was there. Now they have a big cold cement square with lots of neon. We love the east coast. Two of our band members, Jethro and Willie hail originally from Newfoundland.
New Year's Greetings from the Wetband, Dave!
This is one great song with lots of terrific guitar breaks. To our ears, it has a bit of The Band flavor, especially the great harmonies, and they are one of our favorite bands. The lead guitar ranks up there with Neil Young.

Thanks dave! For a project guitar it has a pretty good sound. A little short in the pickup selector and buzz on the middle pickup but for what I paid not to shabby!
A Reg in pain can make a baby half way around the world cry...we don't want that now....for the sake of that child....Babe, come home....think of that crying baby.....and Reg. Fine jazzy feel here.
My first attempt at a Blumlein or Mid/Side recording. This one is actually a mid/side recording as I used a directional mic in combo with a figure 8 ribbon mic set at 90 degrees from the main mic. Thanks to Pat Broaders for the loan of the ribbon…
I really love your sound and playing here. This will be my bench-mark. I will work on my acoustic and try to reach a height such as this, Your song will be my constant inspiration. Thank you good sir. It may take me a while, but your playing here has inspired me.
Thats funk man....take care of yourselves...the world doesn't have enough Reg's...it is the only think that keeps the gravity just right...otherwise its straight into that black hole...funk it guys, funk it

I listened to Chris's Orwellioan Cameras while watching the video. It got me thinking about the eye watching us and this is what i came up with.............
Which Reg played out which part...thats what I want to know...Damn inventive sound here...funky as hell...almost a touch of bluegrass vibe...I don't know thats what I hear...even a little Pink Floyd in the feeling of the spoken (yelled) vocals there...deadly fun...I hope that no Reg was harmed in the making of this track...please god, for the good of humanity tell me no Reg was harmed!!!!!!
As Dave rightly guessed, Elvis is not dead. He is alive and well living in our cellar in Sheffield. He kindly agrees to do a bit for us now and again, as he is getting on a bit now and gets out of breath easily. So here he is possibly for the…
Ha! I knew it, ...Elvis, brother, you are sounding good for a man your age...and living in that damp cellar can't be good for your arthritis...deadly fun stuff here.
Man, I like the vocals here, thats soul. Musically it feels kinda like a 80's synth song, Kraftwerk or Numan or something like that, the vocal takes it to another place entirely and makes for a very interesting listen. Great, great vocals guys.
I love this one guys...This is what I like...there is a bit of an Elvis voice in there...I swear, you guys have been hiding Elvis in your basement...brought him out of the closet for the jam...
feel this rush of sound...dudes...Reg's...you have re-imagined this song so well. Best version I have ever heard (other than the original of course)...damn fine guys.
Hey Reg dudes...whats up...I have been laying low last little bit...one of those slumps that hit us wide open types from time to time...I image you guys are wide open all the time, taking it all in, absorbing the world around you...bloody tiring, I need a break once in a while...now on to this song, I think this song explains exactly what I wm talking about, This is the version...perfect man (men), it sounds great like this. This is one of those songs that I souls listen to forever, every day. Makes me a little more in tune just listening.
Originally conceived as a mellow-ish, Stephen Stills sounding number (at least the verses), then the chorus came to me out of nowhere and turned the whole song on it's ear. I think that was for the better. I have to admit that I surprised myself…

My old buddy and collaboration partner Phil Close joined me on what is at or near the last song for my last album. I wrote the song and sang--Phil did everything else you hear. Dance in the New Year.
