DrumJunky's listening history
this is a bass groove by stanley clarke from his first album - it's always been a nice exercise and a nice tune. fuzzfilth supported me with the drums so i could make my own interpretation with my inspiring 31 year old stingray bass

this song was created after hearing some downtempo, that was so minimalistic that we said, 'that'd be a great track, with some synth, vocals, bass, and beat variation' and so "syncronicity was born"

added a bass. added the chorus, which i'll probably redo. added a bit of an ending. oh, and a smattering of pianer.

How true! Based on a blogpost-title by my favourite RPMer. I recorded the guitar and bass-parts this year through a Vox Pathfinderamp at relatively neighbourfriendly levels. That worked surprisingly well here…

Fireworks! Andy Hentz on the bassoon with a breakbeat track and a wonderful father counting out loud for me. What more could you ask!?
