This was a problem child.. The other tracks fell together quickly but this was a slow burn. The chorus is far more uplifting than the verse - which reminds me of a melancholy hybrid of 'While My Guitar Gently Weeps' and the outro to the 70s British…

A quite 'straight ahead' rock feel to this at the beginning. The Rickenfaker bass has a lovely fat sound to it... Then it gets anthem-like from 2:45 onwards

Mighty fine - has a definite "conclusion"/"closure" vibe to it. I kinda like how the final one has a title of "Growing" implying the story goes on (which the music does as well)

I wasn't even sure the recording machine was still going to work after nearly five years... Certainly, bits of me don't work anymore... But, surprisingly, I got this done in 24 hours, start to finish... Strange old world…
This is bathed in reverb... probably too much! It's got a bit of a Southern Rock vibe at 1:00 to 1:45- then it has a big 'glow-stick Prog Rock' ending to it
Comments on Shed Sounds's stuff
I'm really quite tipsy here (blame my wife) ... but there's something making me think "The Who" and I can't tell what...
Uplifting loveliness! More cowbell.
Thanks @AMUC! 🤗
This is really good. The production is crisp and clear. The synthesizers call back to 70s prog.
Thanks @Eric! 😊
Sounds great!
@Alex - Its Dubai Marina. Thanks for your feedback!
Nice! The soundscape is cool. What city is this a photo of? Alex
Thanks @markus4lonetone, @andyr, @MarxistNemo1 and @peppermintsky for your comments - I'm chuffed!
I really like it!
Well that works for me. Nice one. I'm a sucker for a falling bass line.
Sounds great. Big fan of changes.
Huuuuuuge and epic sounding!
Lol! Thanks @Andrew 😊
It do seem very quiet around here! This one's a goodie, though.
Thanks @Sister.... Been watching old films and got a bit enchanted by the soundtracks 'back in the day'!
I am. And I'm enjoying too! An absolute beauty - especially love the chill intro!
Thanks @Andrew - That was exactly the creative process!

Thanks @Sister - can't wait to put some vocals on the end section of this!
