God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen

This was the first time I ever tried doing a Christmas song (December 2008), so I figured I would do one in an older style, with psychedelic tinges. I added some Dickensesque material to the front, complete with old radio show style sound effects for fun. All the music is me, including the street music, which was a lot of fun figuring out how to make it sound like it was happening in the background while walking the streets of the imagined setting. I also enjoyed cutting the vocals for the backing chorus of “1800’s-era men”. I may have been born 100 years too late. ;)
