Space Is Big (featuring the Landry girls)
The inspiration for this year’s album. I wanted to make a track that would make both Neil Degrasse Tyson and Pete Seeger happy…
…I hope you ruminate on the size of the universe - and just what that means - while hearing the girls play.
It's actually a flute (from the 14-yr old), an alto sax (from the 12-year old), and a clarinet (from the 10-year old). And thanks for listening!
Yes, it makes you think. I really like the "Landry girls". Sounds like a clarinet and a flute, but I might be wrong. Whatever it is, it's fun to hear the next generation.
Well this is my kind o' song. Ive been in astronomy for 5 years now and I do see the whole Earth as my home . Nicely done and Hello to Pete Seeger who now knows the real story
I like this... what more can I say :)
I can dig why both Tyson and Seeger would go for this one, and I applaud it myself -- great job!
Beautiful clarinets/recorders/whistles....love the concept and the angles you take to get around something so big. I'm feeling smaller in a good way.
