there I upload like total works in raw source file form.. if you want to download the whole thing.. thanks for the comment. :)
This would be a cool sound track for a '60s B-rated Sci-Fi movie about invading 50' tall green Robotic Amazon Martian (RAM) women with ray guns. But really, I'm digging this. I'm at the 6 minute mark and going all the way. Stay groovy!
this is all James Bailey’s work and again I just added the delayed stereo effects with the bent time lines left and right.. no big thing but I am liking this just as much as the original.. next comes the effects :) while the movie renders..

something developed during the reprogramming of the a012 performance program... just a loop thur arp settings and such... that works. it seems that the programming... reprogramming was in full force after minute three I will attempt a mix down…
Lot of interesting stuff happening here. It's all strung together nicely. You got out of the box, lit a match, then leaped off several yards away -- the box be damned!
these are the end tones and then it is the end of the record but you can hear the synth being shut down with the electrical pops and such.. I swear no more ends beyond end 2..

Actually kind of interesting -- I was entertained, and isn't that the point? Very Sci-Fi-ish and definitely out of the box and probably a few yards away from the box as well.
An interesting sound experiment. I like B flat -- I B flat broke most of the time. No, really, this was a cool trip -- I like your work with sound. Rock on!
Very interesting -- like a ghostly. psychedelic, out-of-the-box style sea shanty. I imagine life on a ghost ship would sound like this. Enjoyed all 10 minutes of it!
mew yep it is dead the acid studio has died the acid in the veins of sony's program spills to the floor and nothing is the same ... ever again. lost to the mutters of voices distant to any ear.. as Reaper logs in and .. takes over soon.. soon…

this was made in audacity because acid keeps on crashing when I go to save a composition very annoying :( but I was able to render the sounds in audacity minus the first 20+ minutes that were lost to bad acid.. acid studio 8
thanks Merry bear.. the one thing with this site that needs work is how to ... reply to comments to let the person know you replied other then going to their stuff and posting... I will post on your part of this site too thanks for the compliments :)
a Mash from this weeks sound-in.org workings..
Chris Vaisvil on guitar.. 22-edo interlude with the piece Washes in threes by Norbert Oldani and the big bass line by Glenn Smith
I like it when the music escapes the box and then makes a mad dash to get several yards away from that damn box. Very colorful - I dig the scene you paint with sounds. Dig the taste as well. Nice texture. Music should have texture when you're biting into it.
My light-hearted take on a serious issue.
Over- prescription of powerful and addictive drugs, and the unknown and (to some) worrying relationship between doctors and the drug companies.

so did you know when I googled that statement in the comment I got a book... all that we hold dear.. I am sure you knew that.. . such pleasantry here in these sounds and music as this song is.
the long version , the one I like of the poly six one synthesizer remixed last year.
this is an image from ebay of the thing.. oh the memories..

A very very accurate picture created by the music to title connection.

This started as my fretless guitar bowed and picked with various effects. I then applied Paul's Extreme Stretch at 8x and also with Just Intonation harmonic constraints similar to Keys at Lowes - then the 4 tracks were loaded into Sonar 8.5…
I agree Big sounds very powerful music... and lead.. excellent work everyone :)
Chris with that intro to the entrance exam besides not knowing you had put this song/and title out there ... really :) I it was created with novation's supernove midi's outs into the motif rack.. and then just working thru the presets already made on the motif rack with the programed by me presets on the supernova II :) and then out to the korg xl micro.. but this is all power you guys have made here... very nice..
all things in the song is well ,,, most real I like that some of the words here are multi/phased like could be two different words yet either interpretation fits it is that they fit both words sounding similar and indiscernible between each other but both work...I would have to listen like three or four times to ID the two different words that sound the same.. in the song... ,,,, I just might you know? :) really great soon,
I am thinking that this site can have a better networked comment situation where you would know I got your comment Kavin and that I am commenting on it and yeah I would know that you commented :)
thanks for the comment and I just got the animoog OMG intense really really intense :)) I have just anough inputs to have the org xl mini the motif rack and the supernova II that I can mix them all just the animoog is not connected via midi so there is that ... distance to it when I make those sound constructions ... I am doing now.. :) this pice is directly just animoog ...

Comments on Newbold's stuff
I don't even know how to describe this but it is so so awesome. Really enjoying it!
Vivid sound scape. I'm having flashbacks, I need a beer.
Interesting -- painting imagery with sounds. Abstract and sur-real, with textured strokes, dark tones, and bitter-sweet flavors. A fuzzy feel. Groovy!
i like the start and the melody. i like your style .

Cool! Made me smile. Sounds like a pile of Muppets waking up in the morning.
Bill like your graphic on this. Mixes are quite creative, you really paint tonality each week.

I like it.
Interesting experiment.
I always like waking to birds and rain outside my window -- it's what I call a good morning.
Some parts are Frippish in nature. Not sure how you are doing this. Intriguing.
