A song I wrote today. Was done fairly quickly. Slightly different from the stuff i’ve been doing lately.

I try to breathe
But the air has turned to dust
I try to see
But my eyes have started to rust

I scratch your name
Into the flesh covering my bones
I start to bleed
emptying life
I don’t yet know

Gravity always pulls me down
As I hit the ground
I shatter but don’t make a sound
