About ""

They tore down the theater, now there’s nothing to do on those summer days, well anyways…Who cares?
We all drink black coffee, and we smoke and we talk about poetry, philosophy and fear…as days fly by another wasted year.
I finally left high school, and I told all the teachers “I’ve seen the way ya make believe you care. You’d better pray you don’t meet me out there!”
Oh! I never told you all the things in life I hope to do! No, I didn’t hold you…which makes me glad this lonely year is through.(Repeat)
Tonight’s graduation, and I don’t know a single face in that crowd…but I’m still proud we’re here, as days fly by another wasted year.
