The B-side for my July 30DaySongs submission is a cover of a tune I've loved since it came out way back in 1982. Wilsun has been having a rough go if it lately and I recorded this to hopefully cheer him up for a bit.

This piece is somewhat programmatic, somewhat expressive. I wanted to tell a story of moving from a dark place of drudgery and powerlessness to finding courage, strength, purpose, and joy. Created for the Record Every Month challenge for July…
