Falling Star

This one dates back to 1992 or 93 or so. It falls in the wasted years between the end of the band I started playing with in high school and the band I started playing in after leaving college. It was played by a bunch of short lived bands in between though and may have been on the short list for Plop’s 24 track studio session.

I bought a Fender American Standard Stratocaster yesterday. I am a lifelong, militant Gibson man, and I bought a Strat. I feel like I’m cheating on my Les Paul and my ES 335. The guitar solo on this uses the Strat.

The rhythm guitars (clean and distorted) are both my Les Paul Custom through the Amplitube Fender Twin Reverb iPad app. The harmony guitars in the choruses are also the Les Paul, but they used the Amplitube Jimi Hendrix app. The solos are the Fender, also using the Jimi Hendrix app.
